This small historic town was founded in 1869. It is known for its long growing season of fruit and sorghum. The town was mainly supported by, the now ghost town, of Silver Reef miners who would spend their recently mined silver in trade for food. While Silver Reef mines dried up, Leeds growing still continues on. With its ideal location to many of the Utah National Parks, Leeds has had some growth from people wanting to retire and have quick access to many of the beautiful locations Utah has to offer. Million dollar views is used frequently when looking at homes in Leeds.
