Relationships vs. Transactions

There are two philosophies in business, relationships verses transactions. I prefer relationships.

Through the years I have seen how other real estate agents and businesses have treated their customers or clients, when all they are thinking about is the sale or transaction. They want to get as many deals done as possible. Push one deal in and get another and move on. Do you want to feel like you're in a herd of cattle ready to go to auction?

The way I prefer to handle my business is how I would like to be treated, as a person who needs guidance and help through the process. Real Estate is a major event in a person's life. It's exciting and can be scary. It's the American Dream to own your own home! It is important to me the process goes as smooth as possible and you feel like someone is listening to your needs and desires.

Investing time and resources into you and your experience is my top priority. I want you to say "Wow" and tell all your friends and family about your experience in buying, selling or investing in real estate. I want clients for life! I want to be your real estate resource and someone you can trust.
